About the compound

Besides serving as the redox coenzyme of dehydrogenases, NAD+ is the substrate consumed by sirtuins, PARPs and CD38. It is a standard reagent in enzyme assays and in cell-metabolism research.

Storage and handling

Keep the vial sealed at 2–8 °C, away from light and moisture, and move it to −20 °C for longer storage. Let the vial reach room temperature before opening and handle the material in a laboratory with suitable protective equipment.

Research use only. Supplied for in-vitro laboratory research. Not a medicinal product, food, food supplement or cosmetic, and not for human or veterinary use.
